Petrol Oil and Gas, Inc. 2006 Revenues Increase 12.5% to Record $6.8 Million
March 28 , 2007LAS VEGAS, March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Petrol Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: POIG - News), an independent energy exploration and development company with properties in Kansas and Missouri, today announced that it expects to report revenues for the year ended December 31, 2006 increased approximately 12.5% to approximately $6.8 million, when compared with 2005 revenues of approximately $6.0 million.
Petrol also announced that, due to increased complexity of disclosure requirements, it will not be able to file its annual report on Form 10-K by the initial deadline of April 2, 2007. Petrol will file a request for an automatic 15-day extension for the filing of the report and expects to file the report with the SEC prior to the extension expiration date.
