Loren Moll President / CEO Mr. Moll, 51, has been the President and CEO of Petrol Oil & Gas, Inc, since May 2007. Over the past two decades, Mr. Moll has worked alongside numerous entrepreneurs and  business-owners providing advice to management in various circumstances including contracts, real estate purchase and leasing, employee relations and human resources. Mr. Moll has held a license to practice law in the states of Kansas and Missouri for approximately the past 20 years. He holds both undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Kansas.

Robert H. Kite Director Mr. Kite, 52, has been a director of Petrol Oil & Gas, Inc. since December 2006. Over the past decade, Mr. Kite has served on the board of directors of various corporations and organizations located throughout the United States, including both private and public companies. Since the early 1980s, Mr. Kite has been an executive manager of private companies in the Southwest involved in real estate development and other investments. He received his B.S. Degree in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Business from Southern Methodist University.
